Cyberculture in the language of fashion

A Francia Intézet tavaszi nyílt napján a számos program mellett került megrendezésre a Mod'Art impozáns divatbemutatója, melynek témája a kiberkultúra és a divat kapcsolatának bemutatása volt. A kiberkultúra egy olyan fogalom, ami mára egyre inkább bekerül a köztudatba blogok, mémek vagy éppen közösségi oldalak formájában. Gyakorlatilag a mindennapjaink része, de sokan nem is tudják, hogy kiberközösség tagjai. A social média, a felhő, a hekker és egyéb internetes fogalmak inspirálták a divatbemutató kreációit. 

A bemutatót megelőző ruhapróbán igazították ránk a kiválasztott darabokat, illetve gyakoroltuk, hogy mikor merre kell sétálnunk a kifutón. Másnap reggel elkészítették a hajunkat és a sminkünket, majd újabb járáspróbával bizonyosodtunk meg róla, hogy mindenki tisztában van vele, merre kell majd fordulnia.:) A koncepció egy nagyon letisztult sminket kívánt, így a füstös szemeken kívül minden másra alapozót használtak, hogy egy semleges hatást érjenek el. A hajunkat egyszerű lófarokba fogták össze és egy testszínű fáslival kötötték át. Az egyszerű smink és frizura által a tekintetet még inkább a ruhák ragadják meg. 

Én Abigail Wirth vizsgakollekciójának egyik szettjét kaptam. A különleges anyaghasználat mellett a ruhán lévő meseszép grafikákat és szín összeállításokat is kiemelném. A dzseki metállila szteppelt felületén kivehető egy arc is. Abigail egész kollekcióját három szóval tudnám jellemezni; kreatív, lélegzetelállító, különleges. Számomra ezek a legfontosabb ismérvei egy jó tervező alkotásainak. Megtiszteltetés volt az ő kreációját viselni!

A kifutóra lépés előtt isteni francia bagetteket és kapucsínót kaptunk a Francia Intézet Kávézójából. A bemutató után pedig a Duna parton készítettek rólunk csoportképeket. 

A show a Mod'Arttól már megszokott kellemes hangulatban telt, mindenki barátságos és profi volt!:)
This spring the French Institute organized an open day, where in addition to the many programs Mod'Art presented an impressive fashion show. The theme of the show was a presentation of the relationship between fashion and cyberculture. The cyberculture is a concept that has increasingly entered the public consciousness as blogs, memes, or even as social networking sites. In fact it is part of our everyday life, but many people do not know that they are members of a cyber community. The social media, hacker, cloud, the Internet and other concepts inspired the creations of the fashion show.

The day before the fashion show, on the dress rehearsal the selected pieces had been aligned for us, and we practiced the walk on the runway. The concept required a very simple make-up, so apart from the smoky eyes they used only primer on our skin to achieve a neutral effect. Our hair was caught up in a simple ponytail and tied with skin-colored bandages. The simple makeup and hairstyle attracted the eyes to the clothes more.

I got one set of Abigail Wirth's exams collection. In addition to the unique use of materials I would also highlight the wonderful graphics and color schemes appearing in the garment. On the metallic purple jacket's surface a face can be seen. Abigail's entire collection could be characterized in three words; creative, breathtaking, unique. For me, these are the most important criterias for a good designer. It was an honor to wear her pieces!

Before stepping the catwalk we could enjoy French baguettes and cappuccino in the cafe of the French Institute. After the show, we took some group pictures on the bank of the Danube.

The show has spent in the usual pleasant mood, everybody was friendly and professional! It was a pleasure to be a part of it!:)

Minimalism

Egy tesztfotózás mindig izgalmas dolog, hiszen minden alkalommal egy új koncepcióba kell beilleszkedni és egy más arcomat kell megmutatnom a kamerának. A legutóbbi fotózás előterébe a minimalista stílus került. A leginkább fekete-fehér stylingú képek az egyszerűség nagyszerűségét hangsúlyozták. Nagyon szép bronzos sminket kaptam, halvány rózsaszín highliterrel. A képeken fellelhető egyedüli élénk szín a szőrmekabátban megtalálható lila.

A három eltérő szettel három egészen különböző stílust tudtunk megeleveníteni, az elegánstól a bájos oldalamon át a vadóc énemet is előhoztuk valamennyire. Tetszett, hogy a fotózás felszabadult, baráti hangulatban zajlott és mivel könnyen egymásra tudtunk hangolódni, hamar végeztünk a munkával. A képeket Gerencsér Gréta, a Metropolitan egyetem hihetetlenül tehetséges hallgatója készítette, érdemes lecsekkolni az oldalát további meseszép képeiért!

A test shooting is always an exciting thing, because each time I need to fit in a new concept, and I have to show a different face every time to the camera. The latest photography's concept was the minimalism. We chose mostly black-and-white styling items for the images, which emphasized the greatness of simplicity. I received a very nice bronze makeup, with pale pink highliter. The only vivid color which we can find in the pictures is purple on the fur coat. With the three different set we could present three completely different styles of mine. I liked that the photoshooting has passed in a very friendly atmosphere and we were able to tune into each other easily. CHILL

Még a februári kampányunk alatt merült fel bennünk az ötlet, miszerint péntekenként mindenki jöjjön macinaciban iskolába. Bevallom, először ódzkodtam tőle, hogy a szeretett skinny farmeremet melegítőre cseréljem, de ennél kényelmesebb viselet a világon nincs! A szürke mackónadrág Király Gabival egyetemben került a látókörömbe, a kampány óta pedig erősen gondolkodtam rajta, hogy hogyan vehetnék fel utcára is tréninggatyát. Mindenképp egy egyedi, vagány, laza és leginkább egy kissé bohém szettet akartam összeállítani, néhány kis kiegészítővel.

Ennek a pamut nadrágnak nagyon finom anyaga van, könnyű és puha, ezért szuper érzés viselni. Egy élénk piros feliratos felsőt vettem hozzá. Az ékszerproblémát mondhatni, hogy kreatívan megoldottam, ugyanis a chocker, amit a képeken láthattok egy darab hologramos cellux, amit körbetekertem a nyakamon.:) A "nyaklánc" színe remekül harmonizál a cipő ezüstös csillogásával. Az összeállítás elengedhetetlen darabja még a kannabisz mintás zokni is, amit tavaly vettem Amszterdamban.:) 

During our campaign in February my class came up with the idea that all students should come in yoga pants to school every Friday. I confess that at first I was afraid to replace my beloved skinny jeans to tracksuit, but there is nothing more comfortable to wear in this world! Since the campaign I was heavily thinking about it, how can I wear training pants in the street too. I definitely wanted to create a unique, cool and slightly bohemian set with a few small accessories.

The material of the trousers is very light and soft cotton, that is why it is super confortable to wear. I put on a labeled bright red sweater. I can say that I've creatively solved the jewel issue, since the chocker, which you can see in the pictures is a piece of holographic scotch tape, wrapped around my neck.:) The "necklace" is in great harmony with the color of my silver sneakers. The indispensable piece of this set is a pair of cannabis patterned socks, which I bought in Amsterdam last spring.:)
